Class Schedule:

InsideOut Yoga’s classes run in 8-week series.

Each series has a theme and focus pose or poses. For this FALL we are continue to build strength, while we work on balance. Our aim is to cultivate resilience and equanimity to weather the shorter days and holiday stresses. You may join us at any time, no need to wait for a new session to begin. FALL Series I: Sunday, September 24 through November, 18

Series II: Sunday, November 19 through Saturday, January 20 (NO CLASS 12/24 – 12/30)

Sunday

• 9:00 am – 10:20 am — Level I ~Kim
• 10:30 am – 11:50 am – Gentle and Therapeutic~Kim

Monday

• Noon – 1:05 pm — Beginning-Level I ~Kim
• 6:30 – 8:30 pm — Malleable Mondays–Self Care 101 ~ Kim

Wednesday

• 6:00 pm – 7:20 pm — Level I-II~Kim
• 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm — Gentle ~Kim

InsideOut Yoga studio hosts additional teachers of yoga and of Feldenkrais ATM(tm). You must sign up with each of these teachers to enroll in her class. However, as a service to our students, we welcome anyone who studies at the studio to do a make up class in any of our classes.
