InsideOut Yoga’s classes run in 8-week series.
Each series has a theme and focus pose or poses. For this summer we are working on building strength, while having fun. Our aim is to cultivate a strong core and shoulders to help support the increased outdoor activities the summer often invites. You may join us at any time, no need to wait for a new session to begin. SPRING Series I: Sunday, June 4 through Saturday, July 29
Series II: Sunday, July 30 through Saturday, September 23
Tuesday (AS OF AUGUST 1 THESE CLASSES WILL MOVE TO WEDNESDAY)
InsideOut Yoga studio hosts additional teachers of yoga and of Feldenkrais ATM(tm). You must sign up with each of these teachers to enroll in her class. However, as a service to our students, we welcome anyone who studies at the studio to do a make up class in any of our classes.
