KELSEY WYMAN, RYT200
Everyone has a right to move their body and feel good in it. Yoga practice in a caring environment can support this by honoring the inherent gifts of every body type, creating a space where all students feel valued and celebrated.
Though a recent graduate of the UW Yoga Teacher Training program, Kelsey Wyman is deeply passionate and dedicated to her teaching. Drawing from her lifelong experience with movement, Kelsey infuses her classes with a gentle and a deep understanding of the body’s capabilities.
With over a decade of personal practice, she approaches each session with a commitment to guiding her students on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Beyond her role as a yoga instructor, Kelsey’s multifaceted interests lead her to also work as a somatic therapist, where she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies and foster a sense of inner harmony.
Kelsey incorporates mental health information and coping skills into each yoga class, bringing a whole-system experience of balance in the body and the mind.
