Deepen, Broaden, Teach

InsideOut Yoga’s Teacher Training is registered with Yoga Alliance.
Certification with Yoga Alliance (the premier professional organization for yoga) requires 200 hours of training. We offer two options for fulfilling those requirements: two six-month courses or a one-month intensive.

You can complete your 200-hours in 2 Tiers, each composed of 100 hours of classwork, observation and independent study. Or, you can complete your 200 hours in a One-Month Intensive Course.

Our training groups are limited to 8 students. This is an ideal opportunity for Introverts, those who feel overwhelmed by large groups or who enjoy a more intimate learning environment for any reason.

Desire to teach is not a prerequisite for any of these courses.

Six-Month Commitment – 6 Weekend Intensives

Currently enrolling for April through October 2022 Course.    Apply by March 31, 2022 to be considered.

The two teacher training courses I’ve taken with Kim have been two of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. As with all of Kim’s classes, the rule is “come as you are” — happy, sad, mad, glad and all the in-betweens and extremes — Kim will come with a nice blend of compassion and professionalism. The amount of content is mind-boggling. All 8 limbs of yoga are covered and more, histories, different types of yoga, anatomy, chanting, Sanskrit, etc. Kim brings in outside specialists so that you get a variety of views. In most things in life you get what you put in, but I think in this case you get even more. ~ LH, InsideOut Yoga Teacher Training Student
