Molly is an experienced occupational therapist who blends yoga, Reiki, mindfulness, and nutrition to support women in reconnecting with their bodies and cultivating genuine well-being. Molly began practicing yoga as a college athlete to balance burnout and recurring injuries, but her practice deepened over the years as yoga became a source of emotional healing and inner awareness. After a major life transition in 2019, yoga and meditation helped Molly rebuild her confidence, strengthen her intuition, and create a more grounded sense of self. With 10+ years of personal practice and a 200-hour YTT, Molly now integrates mind-body tools, energetic healing, and holistic health principles to help others slow down, center themselves, and feel at home in their bodies. She believes whole-person healing is possible for everyone and that small, mindful practices can create extraordinary transformation.
