Kim Trimmer, Yoga Teacher and Owner of InsideOut Yoga, began teaching yoga in 1998. Her greatest passion is supporting students as they open to the bodies they inhabit. While they explore yoga poses and breathing practices, she encourages her students to gracefully accept their humanity, including their unique gifts and limitations; nudging them to grow into the recognition that there is nothing wrong here, they are just right exactly as they are.

We practice flowing transitions from pose to pose. We also hold poses to explore optimal alignment and to reap the many rewards of maintaining past that initial edge of discomfort. We are always looking for balance between strength and softness, effort and ease, pushing and releasing, thus allowing the deep wisdom of our bodies to emerge.
