Everybody deserves to have a sacred space to ground, explore, and to deeply connect with themselves. For Rachel, yoga has provided this life foundation since she first came to the practice over a decade ago. With a diverse background in the healing arts, including training in reiki and Ayurvedic medicine, Rachel comes to yoga with a creative, holistic perspective–grounded in understanding ourselves as part of nature and animated by the power of awareness and compassion. As a teacher and Studio Manager, she seeks to empower students and the studio in its mission to help people cultivate a deeply personal and joyful practice that supports the unique body and lifestyle of each individual.
