Tae believes deeply that yoga is for everyone, and her classes are designed to welcome students of all bodies, backgrounds, and abilities. She emphasizes alignment that supports each individual, encouraging students to adjust and adapt postures so that yoga fits their unique needs, not the other way around.
Grounded in breathwork, accessible movement, and compassionate awareness, Tae guides students toward a practice that cultivates strength, ease, and self-trust. Her intention is to create a space where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their bodies with curiosity and care.
